摘要
本文针对长沙城区新建小区提取概化模型,使用热环境模拟软件量化热舒适度指标,并利用正交试验法,量化对比小区设计规划中不同要素对夏季室外热舒适度的影响程度差异。研究发现,小区建筑布局形式对热舒适度影响最大,绿地配置次之,而地面材质影响最小。在下风向增加开口,且在绿地边缘种植乔木,对改善热环境有很大的作用。本研究旨在通过模拟实验,为夏热冬冷地区居住区规划提供优化策略,改善居住区人居环境。
This paper extracts a generalized model for new residential areas in Changsha, quantifies thermal comfort indexes with thermal environment simulation software, and then uses orthogonal tests to quantifying and comparing the influence of different factors in the design and planning of the areas on outdoor thermal comfort in summer. It is found that the layout of the plot has the greatest influence on thermal comfort, followed by the green space configuration, and then the ground material, which has the least influence. Increasing openings downwind and planting trees at the edges of the green space have a significant effect on improving the thermal environment. This paper aims to provide an optimization strategy for the planning of residential areas in hot-summer and cold-winter regions to improve the living environment of residential areas.
