摘要
低碳经济作为全球经济发展的主流趋势,已融入了我国的各行各业,本文从介绍与分析我国公路交通发展现状和公路交通目前存在的问题出发,进一步结合我国经济发展现状探讨了我国公路交通该如何向低碳发展路线转型,并讨论了低碳交通的意义,从政府对于低碳交通工具的优惠政策、高速公路低碳运营管理以及高速公路多方面的科技创新三个方面出发,提出相应的看法与建议,并得出结论:低碳转型是我国公路交通发展的必经之路,多方面的发展与变化才能顺应绿色经济发展的大趋势,在节能环保的同时,促进公路交通的发展。
As the mainstream trend of global economic development,low-carbon economy has been integrated into all walks of life in China. Starting from the introduction and analysis of the current development status and problems of highway transportation in China,this paper discusses how China’s highway transportation should transform to a low-carbon development path in combination with the current economic development situation in China,and discusses the significance of low-carbon transportation. From three aspects of low-carbon operation,management of expressways and various aspects of scientific and technological innovation of expressways.,this paper puts forward corresponding views and suggestions,and draws the corresponding conclusion that low-carbon transformation is the only way for the development of highway transportation in China,and the development and change of various aspects can conform to the general trend of green economic development,and promote the development of highway transportation while saving energy and environmental protection.
