摘要
抗(耐)震压力表采用全密封性结构,表腔内灌充有阻尼液,其测量结果尤其是小量程仪表,因弹性元件灵敏度高而易受环境温度、腔内压力、大气压力、阻尼液高度等因素的影响,从而影响测量结果的准确性与造成结果误判风险。本文就抗(耐)震压力表测量过程中环境温度偏离、腔内外存在压差、阻尼液状态异常等因素对测量结果的影响进行了分析。鉴于测量时各因素的存在可能会造成测量结果的失准与误判,故而提出了抗(耐)震压力表测量时的测量要点,并对测量要点进行了说明。
The shock-resistant pressure gauge adopts a fully sealed structure,and the gauge cavity is filled with damping fluid.The measurement results,especially of small-range instruments,are easily affected by factors such as ambient temperature,cavity pressure,atmospheric pressure,damping f luid height,etc.due to the high sensitivity of elastic elements,thereby affecting the accuracy of measurement results and causing the risk of misjudgment of the results.This paper analyzes the influence of factors such as the deviation of ambient temperature,the existence of pressure difference inside and outside the cavity,and the abnormal state of damping fluid on the measurement results during the measurement process of the shock-resistant pressure gauge.In view of the existence of various factors during the measurement,the inaccuracy and misjudgment of the measurement results may be caused,it puts forward the measurement points of the shock-resistant pressure gauge,and explains the measurement points.
