摘要
目的探究结肠癌切除术患者护理中多元化护理结合心理干预应用效果。方法选取76例2019年1月-2021年10月在本院胃肠外科接受结肠癌切除术治疗患者进行临床资料分析。38例接受基础护理表示为对照组,38例接受多元化护理结合心理干预表示为观察组,统计分析2组护理干预成果。结果观察组心理应激反应观察指标评分低于对照组(P<0.05),胃肠功能恢复时间短于对照组(P<0.05),自我护理能力与生存质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05),并发症发生率低于对照组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多元化护理结合心理干预应用于结肠癌切除术患者护理中对其心理症状改善、机体功能恢复、自护能力提升、并发症发生率减少、生存质量水平提高等存在积极影响。
Objective To explore the effect of multiple nursing combined with psychological intervention in the nursing of patients with colon cancer resection.Methods A total of 76 patients who underwent colon cancer resection in gastrointestinal surgery department of our hospital from January 2019 to October 2021 were selected for clinical data analysis.38 cases receiving basic nursing were represented as the control group,38 cases receiving diversified nursing combined with psychological intervention were represented as the observation group,and the nursing intervention results of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results The psychological stress response observation index score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),gastrointestinal function recovery time was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05),self-care ability and quality of life score were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of multiple nursing combined with psychological intervention in the nursing of patients with colon cancer resection has positive effects on the improvement of psychological symptoms,recovery of body function,improvement of self-care ability,reduction of complication rate and improvement of life quality.
