摘要
大黄䗪虫丸具有抗肿瘤、抗组织纤维化、预防血栓形成、保护内皮细胞功能、抑制视网膜微血管周细胞凋亡、防治血脂代谢紊乱等作用,可用于肝纤维化疾病、乙肝肝硬化、肝癌、脂肪性肝病、肿瘤疾病、皮肤病、糖尿病并发症、妇科疾病的治疗中。但目前的研究存在以下不足:肿瘤疾病的药理研究较多,临床研究较少,且多为疗效观察及初步机制探讨。在肝病、妇科类疾病方面,临床研究相对较多,但大样本、多中心、长期随访的临床研究较少,且机制研究较少。今后,应多开展大黄䗪虫丸治疗肿瘤疾病的大样本、多中心、长期随访的临床研究,进行其治疗其他疾病的机制研究,为经方的临床应用提供实验和临床参考。
Rhubarb and Eupolyphaga Pill has the effects of anti-tumor,anti-tissue fibrosis,prevention of thrombosis,protection of endothelium,inhibition of retinal microvascular pericyte apoptosis,prevention and treatment of dyslipidemia.It can be used in the treatment of liver fibrosis,hepatitis B cirrhosis,liver cancer,fatty liver,tumor diseases,skin diseases,diabetes complications,and gynecological diseases.However,the current research has the following deficiencies:In the field of tumor diseases,there are more pharmacological studies,fewer clinical applications,and more curative effect observation and preliminary mechanism discussion.In terms of liver diseases and gynecological diseases,there are relatively many clinical studies,but there are few large-sample,multi-center and long-term follow-up studies,which lack certain persuasiveness,and there are few mechanism studies.In the future,it is necessary to carry out more large-sample,multi-center and long-term follow-up clinical studies on the treatment of tumor diseases with Rhubarb and Eupolyphaga Pill,and study its mechanism of treatment of other diseases,so as to provide experimental and clinical reference for the clinical application of classic formulas.
