摘要
随着经济的不断发展和互联网技术的快速进步,作为信息时代的产物,经过前期试点、推广普及和全面覆盖,目前电子票据已经陆续在很多行业推广使用。2021年1月1日起,江苏省医疗电子票据正式在全省三甲医院全面实行。在近2年使用过程中,发现存在票据信息不完善、增加运行成本等问题。在推进医疗票据电子化改革中,建议构建医院电子票据信息系统,优化就医流程,扩充电子票据有效内容,以推动电子票据在医院运行中更好发挥作用。
With the continuous development of the economy and the rapid progress of Internet technology, as a product of the information age, after the initial pilot, promotion and popularization, and comprehensive coverage, electronic bills have been promoted and used in many industries after another. 2021 January 1, Jiangsu Province, medical e-bills officially in the province’s Grade Ⅲ Level A hospitals are fully implemented. In the process of the last 2 years of use, it was found that there were problems such as imperfect information on bills and increased operating costs. In promoting the reform of electronic medical bills, it is recommended to build an electronic bill information system for hospitals, optimize the medical consultation process, and expand the effective contents of electronic bills in order to promote the better role of electronic bills in hospital operations.
