摘要
目的:调查医院信息公开内容及方式情况,分析其主要改进举措,为医院加强信息公开提供参考。方法:采用分层整群随机抽样方法抽取6个省份226家医院,调查了解医院概况、医院人员、医疗服务、行风建设等向社会信息公开的情况。结果:调查的全部三级医院和98.7%的二级医院公开了医院执业登记、网址电话等基本信息;95%以上三级和二级医院开展了医师、护士、医技相关人员的姓名和职务或职称信息公开;三级、二级医院普遍开展了诊疗及便民服务信息公开;90%以上的三级、二级医院公开了病人的权利和义务,医院服务投诉方式以及上级部门投诉方式;部分医院信息公开不充分,采用公开方式较少。结论:医院广泛开展信息公开工作,不断加强信息公开质量管理,要进一步提升信息公开意识,加强宣传培训、考核评议;加大信息公开投入保障,丰富公开方式途径;一体化推进信息公开,提升医院管理和群众看病就医满意度。
Objective: To investigate the content and methods of hospital information disclosure, analyze its main improvement measures,and provide references for hospitals to strengthen information disclosure. Methods: A stratified cluster random sampling method was used to sample 226 hospitals in 6 provinces to investigate and understand the disclosure of hospital profiles, hospital personnel, medical services,and business-style construction to the society. Results: All Grade III hospitals and 98.7% of Grade II hospitals disclosed basic information such as hospital practice registration, website, and telephone. More than 95% of Grade III and Grade II hospitals have disclosed the names,positions, or titles of doctors, nurses, and medical technology-related personnel;Grade III and Grade II hospitals have generally carried out diagnosis and treatment and convenient service information disclosure;More than 90% of Grade III and Grade II hospitals disclose the rights and obligations of patients, the complaint methods of hospital services, and the complaint methods of higher departments;Some hospitals have insufficient information disclosure and have adopted fewer disclosure methods. Conclusion: The hospital should carry out extensive information disclosure work and further strengthen the quality management of information disclosure, and the next step should be to further enhance the awareness of information disclosure and strengthen publicity and training, assessment, and evaluation. Increase investment safeguards for information disclosure and enrich the ways and means of the disclosure;Promote information disclosure in an integrated manner, and improve hospital management and the public’s satisfaction with medical treatment.
