摘要
为提高废旧涤棉针织面料的回收利用价值,将回收的涤棉针织纤维经物理机械加工,按一定的比例与普通黏胶纤维进行混纺,在普梳棉纺设备上纺制了多组混纺纱,测定与分析纱线的强力、条干和毛羽等性能指标。检测纱线的实际混纺比,并参照黏胶纤维本色纱线标准对混纺纱综合质量进行评价。结果显示:随着回收纤维含量增加,混纺纱的各项质量指标和性能明显下降;在纺纱过程中,回收纤维损失率在17.5%~28.3%;回收纤维与黏胶的混纺比为20∶80时,混纺纱综合质量最优,接近黏胶本色纱优等纱水平。为此,在纺纱时,可根据下游产品用途和性能要求,适当加入不同含量的涤棉回收纤维。
In order to improve the recycling value of waste polyester-cotton knitted fabric, the recycled polyester-cotton knitted fiber was processed by physical machinery and blended with ordinary viscose fiber in a certain proportion, thus several groups of blended yarns were spun on the carded cotton spinning equipment. The yarn strength, evenness and hairiness were measured and analyzed. The actual blending ratio of the yarn was tested, and the comprehensive quality of the blended yarn was evaluated according to the standard of viscose fiber yarn. The results showed that with the increase of recycled fiber content, the quality indexes and properties of blended yarn decreased obviously. In the spinning process, the recovery fiber loss rate was between 17.5 % and 28.3 %;when the blending ratio of recycled fiber and viscose was 20∶80, the comprehensive quality of blended yarn was the best, which was close to the superior yarn level of viscose yarn. Therefore, certain amount of polyester cotton recovery fiber can be added in spinning according to the use and performancerequirements of downstream products.
