摘要
针对双螺母防松设计,本文采用有限元仿真模型,定量得出双螺母防松方法中不同拧紧力矩时下螺母、上螺母、被连接件、螺栓和螺旋副之间的轴向载荷,仿真分析定量得出结构载荷,准确的考核各零件的强度,从而评价不同拧紧力矩下双螺母结构的防松性能,有限元分析方法为双螺母防松设计提供一定的参考价值。
In order to evaluate double nuts anti-loosening ability and the structure strength, In this paper the force of the structure for double nuts anti-loosening is conducted by ansys. The Finite Element Analysis result is consistent with theory conclusion. This method provide reference for the structure design of double nuts anti-loosening.
