基于TRIZ理论的智能草方格防风固沙系统设计

摘要 针对传统草方格铺设过程中自动化程度低、铺设范围有限和易造成碾压等缺点,基于发明问题解决理论(Theory of Inventive Problem Solving,TRIZ)的系统化创新方法,对现有草方格固沙系统进行问题分析,并利用TRIZ工具对现有草方格固沙系统存在的技术冲突和物理冲突进行解决,得到了5种初步方案。对所有初步方案可行性评价后,结合固沙车的实际固沙需求,将所得方案进行整合,得到了一种智能化无人化,固沙稳定性高、工作效率强的智能草方格防风固沙系统。 Aiming at the shortcomings in the laying process of traditional grass grid,such as low automation,limited scope and easy rolling,a systematic and innovative method based on Theory of Invention Problem Solving(TRIZ)was used to analyze the existing sand fixing system of grass grid.The TRIZ tool was used to solve the technical and physical conflicts of the existing grass grid sand fixation system,finally five preliminary schemes were obtained.After evaluating the feasibility of all the preliminary schemes,combining with the actual sand fixing demand of the sand fixation,the obtained schemes are integrated,and an intelligent grass grid windbreak sand fixing system with high stability and high efficiency is obtained.
