摘要
随着建筑物设计的复杂化,综合管线碰撞的状况时有发生,而传统方式多依赖经验解决,其效率低下,不利于工程成本控制。本研究利用BIM信息建模技术进行建筑物综合管线的碰撞点检查,显著提高了检查效率,而为了应对其在优化设计等方面的不足,引入AR技术,改进了碰撞分析功能,得到如下结论:(1) BIM技术应用于建筑物综合管线碰撞检查,可以更好地综合各专业设计,全面筛查碰撞点,显著提高了效率,但结果处理不够直观,仍需依赖经验进行;(2)引入AR技术后,实现了多人协作检查、沉浸式人机交互优化管线设计、施工过程模拟解决协调难题。
With the complexity of building design, the condition of integrated pipeline collision happens from time to time, and the traditional way relies on experience to solve, which is inefficient and not conducive to project cost control.This research uses BIM information modeling technology for collision point inspection of integrated pipelines of buildings, which significantly improves the inspection efficiency, while in order to cope with its shortcomings in optimizing design and other aspects, AR technology is introduced to improve the collision analysis function, and the following conclusions are obtained:(1) BIM technology applied to the comprehensive pipeline collision check of buildings can better integrate the design of each profession and comprehensively screen the collision points, significantly improving efficiency, but the processing of results is not intuitive enough and still relies on experience.(2) The introduction of AR technology enables collaborative multi-person inspection, immersive human-machine interaction to optimize pipeline design, and construction process simulation to solve coordination problems.
