摘要
城市人口集聚与土地扩张的协调发展对城市可持续发展至关重要。本文从协调性的角度切入,通过构建协调度模型识别浙江省各城市土地—人口的协调发展态势,探索城市人口集聚与土地扩张的演变特征,解析人口—土地协调度的外在表象和内在驱动,以期为城市高质量转型发展提供参考依据。空间分析与计量回归结果表明:(1)2010—2014年浙江省城市人口集聚与土地扩张协调态势以土地扩张型为主,城市发展更注重“土地”的城镇化,土地扩张主要受经济发展驱动;(2)2015—2018年浙江省城市人口集聚和土地扩张的协调性整体有所上升,土地扩张型城市数量有所减少,城市发展转向“人”的城镇化,土地扩张的驱动力来源于人口集聚和社会基础设施建设。城市人口集聚与土地扩张速度存在一定程度上的失调现象,有必要通过城市人口—土地的协调发展推动城乡统筹发展,促进高质量发展转型。
The coordinated development of urban population agglomeration and land expansion is crucial to sustainable urban development.From the perspective of coordination,this paper identifies the coordinated development trend of land-population in cities in Zhejiang Province by constructing a coordination degree model,explores the evolution characteristics of urban population agglomeration and land expansion,and analyzes the external appearance and internal driving force of population-land coordination degree,in order to provide a reference for the high-quality transformation and development of cities.The results of spatial analysis and econometric regression show that:(1)From 2010 to 2014,the coordinated situation of urban population agglomeration and land expansion in Zhejiang Province was dominated by land expansion.Urban development paid more attention to the urbanization of“land”,and land expansion was mainly driven by economic development.(2)From 2015 to 2018,the coordination of urban population agglomeration and land expansion in Zhejiang Province has increased as a whole,the number of land expansion cities has decreased,and urban development has turned to“people”urbanization.The driving force of land expansion comes from Population agglomeration and social infrastructure construction.There is a certain degree of imbalance between urban population agglomeration and land expansion.It is necessary to promote the coordinated development of urban and rural areas through the coordinated development of urban population and land,and to promote the transformation of high-quality development.
