摘要
目的:探讨正畸联合牙周基础对牙周病致前牙扇形移位患者牙齿美观、咀嚼功能及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2020年3月至2021年12月惠安县医院口腔科收治的牙周病致前牙扇形移位患者80例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组给予牙周基础治疗干预,观察组给予正畸联合牙周基础治疗干预,采用自制问卷评估牙齿美观状况,包含与邻牙关系、牙齿形状、牙齿色泽,用咀嚼功能量表判定2组患者咀嚼功能,采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)判定其睡眠质量,并比较2组患者龈沟液炎症介质指标。结果:治疗后,观察组牙齿美观评分显著高于对照组,观察组PSQI评分显著低于对照组,观察组咀嚼功能评分显著高于对照组,观察组肿瘤坏死因子-α、高敏C反应蛋白、白细胞介素-8水平显著低于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:临床治疗牙周病致前牙扇形移位可采用正畸联合牙周基础治疗,在牙周炎症得到控制的状况下,能更好地改善牙齿功能,确保患者牙齿美观度,且不影响其睡眠质量。
Objective:To investigate the effects of orthodontics combined with periodontal foundation on dental appearance,chewing function and sleep quality of patients with fan-shaped displacement of anterior teeth caused by periodontal disease.Methods:A total of 80 patients with fan-shaped anterior teeth displacement due to periodontal disease admitted to the Stomatology Department of Hui′an County Hospital from March 2020 to December 2021 were selected as research objects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received periodontal basic treatment intervention,and the observation group received orthodontic combined periodontal basic treatment intervention.The Self-made questionnaire was used to evaluate the aesthetic status of the teeth,including the relationship with neighboring teeth,tooth shape and tooth color.The masticatory function of the patients in 2 groups was determined by the masticatory function scale,and the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to determine the sleep quality.The inflammatory mediators of gingival crevicular fluid were compared between 2 groups.Results:After treatment,the dental aesthetic score of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,PSQI score of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,mastication function score of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α,high sensitivity C-reactive protein and interleukin-8 of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group,and the differences between the 2 groups were statistically significant(P s<0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical treatment of fan-shaped displacement of anterior teeth caused by periodontal disease,orthodontic combined with periodontal basic treatment can better improve the dental function,ensure the dental beauty of patients and do not affect their sleep quality under the con
