注入井远程配水技术的应用及效果

摘要 油田传统的注水工艺主要依靠人工调节,调节精度差,消耗时间长,信息反馈传送滞后,生产效率低,劳动成本高,针对以上问题,某油田在生产现场设计研发了一套注入井远程配水系统,在注入端安装GLZ型电磁自控仪、压力变送器,通过注入井绑定油井远程测控终端,建立心跳包机制,实现水量远程自动调节。该项技术应用后,提高了注入系统精度,减轻了操作人员工作强度,提升了生产管理效率。方案符合率由技术应用前95.06%提高到技术应用后的97.61%,年节约注水4.672×10^(4)m^(3),油田处理污水单价价格为5.8元/m^(3),年可实现节约资金27.0976万元。 The traditional water injection process is mainly relied on manual adjustment with low adjustment accuracy,long consumption time,lagging information feedback transmission,low production efficiency and high labor costs in oilfield.In view of the above problems,an oilfield has designed a set of remote water distribution for injection wells in the production site.GLZ type an electromagnetic self-controll instrument and pressure transmitter are installed at the injection end,and the well RTU(remote terminal unit)is tied to the injection well to establish heartbeat packet mechanism and realize remote automatic adjustment of water volume.After the application of this technology,the accuracy of injection system is improved,and the work intensity of operators is reduced,which improves production management efficiency.The compliance rate of program has increased from 95.06%before the technology application to 97.61%after the technology application.The annual water saving is 4.672×10^(4)m^(3),and the unit price of oilfield sewage treatment is 5.8 yuan/m^(3),which can achieve annual savings of 270976 yuan.
