摘要
为了提高社会面管控及维稳处突的能力,提高城市现代化管理水平,形成有序、高效、安全的社会防控格局。设计了完整的合成作战融合通信指挥应用平台,通过对平台软件、硬件、系统、结构等开展研究,充分利用现有云计算的基础,实现以云智联数据应用融合管理平台为中心,下属单位及各警种之间可通过手机、PC、布控球机、无人机、车载等终端,借助各种内网公网,多平台、多等级地互联互通并互控。形成一个立体网络化的、部署灵活、实时可视化的信息接收、处理和联动指挥平台。
In order to improve the ability of social control,stability maintenance and emergency response,improve the level of modern urban management,and form an orderly,efficient and safe social prevention and control pattern,this paper designs a complete application platform of integrated communication command in synthetic operations,and studies the software,hardware,system and structure of the platform.With the existing cloud computing foundation,it is realized that taking the cloud intelligent connection data application fusion management platform as the center,subordinate units and various police types can connect and control each other through mobile phones,PC,UAV,vehicle and other terminals,with the help of various Intranet and public networks,to form a three-dimensional network,flexible deployment,real-time visualization of information receiving,processing and linkage command platform.
