摘要
目的检测中文版志气缺失综合征量表Ⅱ(DS-Ⅱ)在维持性血液透析(MHD)患者中应用的信效度。方法本研究为横断面研究。采用便利抽样法, 选取2021年10月—2022年2月在湖北省襄阳市16所医院行MHD治疗的989例患者为研究对象, 采用一般资料调查表、DS-Ⅱ、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)对患者进行调查。采用相关系数法和临界比值法进行项目分析。总量表及子量表的信度采用Cronbach’’s α系数、分半信度系数、重测信度系数进行检验;采用探索性因子分析条目池维度及量表结构, 进一步使用验证性因子分析检验量表的结构效度;检验SAS、SDS与中文版DS-Ⅱ得分的相关性。本次研究共发放问卷989份, 回收有效问卷920份, 有效回收率为93.02%(920/989)。结果量表各条目与总分的相关系数为0.679~0.777(P<0.05);高分组与低分组各条目的临界比值为21.637~30.719(P<0.05)。量表的总内容效度指数为0.984, 各条目的内容效度指数为0.875~1.000;探索性因子分析后共提取2个公因子, 累计方差贡献率为59.844%;验证性因子分析显示模型拟合度好, 各条目与维度间的相关系数为0.687~0.803。DS-Ⅱ总分及各因子得分与SAS、SDS均呈正相关(P<0.05)。总量表的Cronbach’’s α系数为0.944, 折半信度Guttman’’s系数为0.884, 重测信度系数为0.909。结论中文版DS-Ⅱ在MHD患者中具有较好的信效度, 测评属性良好。
Objective To test the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of the Demoralization Scale-Ⅱ(DS-I)in maintenance hemodialysis(MHD)patients.MethodsThis was a cross-sectional study.From October 2021 to February 2022,989 patients who received MHD in 16 hospitals in Xiangyang City,Hubei Province,were selected by convenience sampling as the study subject.The patients were investigated with the General Information Questionnaire,DS-Ⅱ,Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS).The correlation coefficient and critical ratio were used for project analysis.The reliability of the total scale and sub-scale were tested by Cronbach'sαcoefficient,split half reliability coefficient,retest reliability coefficient.The exploratory factor analysis was used to determine item pool dimension and scale structure,and the confirmatory factor analysis was used to test the structural validity of the scale.We tested the correlation among the scores of SAS,SDS and Chinese version of DS-Ⅱ.A total of 989 questionnaires were distributed,and 920 valid questionnaires were recovered,with a valid recovery rate of 93.02%(920/989).ResultsThe correlation coefficient among each item score and the total score of the scale was 0.679 to 0.777(P<0.05).The critical ratio of each item in high score group and low score group was 21.637 to 30.719(P<0.05).The total content validity coefficient of the scale was 0.984,and the content validity coefficient of each item was 0.875 to 1.0oo.Two common factors were extracted after exploratory factor analysis,and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 59.844%.The confirmatory factor analysis showed that the model fitted well,and the correlation coefficients among items and dimensions were 0.687 to 0.803.The total score of DS-II and each factor score were positively correlated with scores of SAS and SDS(P<0.05).Cronbach'sαcoefficient of the total scale was 0.944,and the split half reliability Guttman's coefficient was 0.884,and the retest reliability coefficient was 0.909.Conc
