中医院校本科护生急危重症临床能力评价指标体系的构建及信效度检验 被引量:10

Construction and Reliability Test of Evaluation Index System for Acute and Critical Clinical Ability of Undergraduate Nursing Students in Traditional Chinese Medicine Colleges

摘要 目的建立中医院校本科护生急危重症临床能力评价指标体系,为中医院校本科护生急危重症临床能力的培养提供考评依据。方法通过回顾文献、专家结构式访谈初步构建评价指标大纲,运用德尔菲法(Delphi)对构建指标进行2轮专家函询,运用层次分析法(AHP)确定指标权重形成评价指标体系,再采用内部一致性信度Cronbach′sα检验得出指标的信度,通过内容效度指数(I-CVI)、结构效度指数评价指标体系的效度。结果28位专家的权威系数为0.846,判断系数0.921,熟悉程度0.771;两轮问卷的回收率均为93%,共回收有效问卷28份,1级、2级指标的协调系数分别为0.374和0.256(P<0.05),专家咨询的协调程度较好,形成6项1级指标,根据权重值排序为急危重症护理实施能力、医学理论知识、中医护理实施能力、职业综合素质、护理文书书写、科研思维,18项2级指标,27项3级指标。结论本研究基于德尔菲法构建的中医院校本科护生急危重症临床能力评价指标体系,各级指标条目专家意见集中,协调程度好,重要性评分结果有效,信效度好,可为中医院校本科护生急危重症临床能力的培养提供考评依据。 Objective:To establish an evaluation index system for acute and critical clinical ability of undergraduate nursing students in TCM colleges,and to provide an evaluation basis for the cultivation of acute and critical clinical ability of undergraduate nursing students in TCM colleges.Methods:The evaluation index outline was preliminarily constructed through literature review and expert structured interview.Two rounds of expert letter consultation on the construction index were conducted by Delphi method.The weight of the index was determined by the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP).The internal consistency reliability Cronbach′sαtest was used to evaluate the reliability of the index.The validity of the index system was evaluated by I-CVI and structure validity index.Results:The authority coefficient,judgment coefficient and familiarity degree of 28 experts were 0.846,0.921 and 0.771.The recovery rate of the two rounds of questionnaires was 93%.A total of 28 valid questionnaires were collected.The coordination coefficients of level 1 was 0.374 and level 2 indexes was 0.256(P<0.05).The coordination degree of expert consultation was good.Six level 1 indexes were formed according to the weight value,which were the implementation ability of emergency and critical care,medical theoretical knowledge,TCM nursing implementation ability,vocational comprehensive quality,nursing document writing,scientific research thinking.And 18 level 2 indicators,and 27 level 3 indicators were also formed.Conclusion:This study is based on the Delphi method to construct the evaluation index system of acute and critical clinical ability of undergraduate nursing students in TCM colleges,and the expert opinions of the index items at all levels are concentrated,the degree of coordination is good,the importance score results are effective,and the reliability and validity are good,which can provide an evaluation basis for the cultivation of acute and critical clinical ability to undergraduate nursing students in TCM colleges.
