摘要
习近平总书记在中国共产党第二十次全国代表大会上将毛泽东同志的“两个务必”思想升华为“三个务必”,在迈向全面建设社会主义现代化国家新征程的历史时刻,对全党同志提出新要求。在“谦虚谨慎“”艰苦奋斗”的基础上,提出“不忘初心、牢记使命”和“敢于斗争、善于斗争”,其内涵与“两个务必”是一脉相承又与时俱进的“。三个务必”新要求从四个维度对中国共产党的历史使命、理论创新、价值旨归、现实诉求进行了较为系统的总结。历史维度:明晰历史使命,总结历史经验,把握历史形势。理论维度:体现了中国共产党高度的政治自觉和理论自觉。价值维度:体现了中国共产党执政的价值理念,强调了人民群众的价值主体地位,提供了执政的价值遵循。现实维度:在向第二个百年奋斗目标进军的新征程中准确认识并正确应对世情、国情、党情、民情的变化“。三个务必”各成体系又相互统一,是实现中华民族伟大复兴重要的理论支撑和内在动力。
At the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, General Secretary Xi Jinping has elevates Comrade Mao Zedong’s thought of "two imperatives" to "three imperatives", and put forward new requirements for all Party comrades at the historic moment of the new journey towards building a socialist modern country in an all-round way. On the basis of "modest and prudent" and "hard-working", he puts forward "never forget our original aspiration and founding mission" and "have the courage and ability to carry on our fight". Its connotation and "two imperatives" are in one continuous line and keep pace with the times. The new requirement of "three imperatives" systematically summarizes the historical mission, theoretical innovation, value purpose, and practical demands of the CPC from four dimensions. Historical dimension: clarifies historical mission, summarizes historical experience, and grasps historical situation. Theoretical dimension: reflects the CPC’s high political consciousness and theoretical consciousness. Value dimension: reflects the value concept of the CPC in power, emphasizes the value subject status of the people, and provides the value of governance. Realistic dimension: in the new journey towards the second centenary goal, accurately understands and correctly responds to global, national, Party,and people’s conditions. The "three imperatives", which have their own systems and are unified with each other,are important theoretical support and internal impetus for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
