课程思政视域下高校教师角色定位与调适

摘要 课程思政对高校教师的教育教学工作提出了新的要求,要求其能够承担马克思主义的信仰者与传播者、主流意识形态的宣传者和捍卫者、学科发展研究的探索者和开拓者、学生健康成长的指导者和引路人等多重角色,因此,部分高校教师容易产生角色负担超荷问题。建立“三位一体”的调适体系可有效应对该问题,即高校教师自身要做好主动适应、提升能力的自我调适,高校应为其做好减压赋能、多元奖励的调适工作,社会应为其做好优化环境、加强交流的调适工作。 Ideological and political teaching in curriculum puts forward new requirements for college teachers’education and teaching work,requiring them to assume multiple roles such as the believer and disseminator of Marxism,the propagandist and defender of mainstream ideology,the explorer and pioneer of discipline development research,and the guide of students’healthy growth.Therefore,some college teachers are prone to the problem of role overload.The establishment of a“trinity”adjustment system can effectively deal with this problem,that is,college teachers themselves should take the initiative to adapt and improve the ability of self-adjustment,colleges and universities should do a good job of pressure reduction,empowerment,and multiple incentives for them,and the society should optimize the environment and strengthen their communication.
