一种升压恒流驱动电路设计

摘要 本文结合某款商用车彩屏仪表相关试验要求及液晶背光驱动要求,选择了BST6025做为宽范围电压DC-DC降压电路,SY7203DBC做为DC-DC升压电路,设计了一种通过改变PWM占空比对串并混联的LED照明电路进行调光的恒流驱动电路。该电路的降压芯片、升压芯片及外围电路完全采用国产芯片,在完成国产化的同时,降低了近35%的材料成本,通过合理匹配电路参数、严格的PCB布板,完全达到了国外芯片的使用效果,最后通过台架试验、道路试验及批量应用证明了该电路的稳定性与可靠性。 Based on the relevant test requirements of a commercial vehicle color screen instrument and the LCD backlight drive requirements,this paper selects BST6025 as the wide-range voltage DC-DC step-down circuit,and SY7203DBC as the DC-DC step-up circuit,and designs a constant-current drive circuit for dimming through changing the PWM duty ratio of series-parallel hybrid LED lighting circuit.The step-down chip,step-up chip and peripheral circuit of the circuit are all made of domestic chips.While completing the localization,the material cost is reduced by nearly 35%.Through reasonable matching of circuit parameters and strict PCB layout,the use effect of foreign chips is fully achieved.Finally,the stability and reliability of the circuit is proved by bench test,road test and batch application.
