摘要
旋转部件的转动惯量是整车动力性经济性的关键影响因素之一,本文量化研究旋转部件转动惯量对整车动力性经济性的影响程度。为了测定整车级状态下的车辆旋转部件转动惯量,推导了车辆动力系统的旋转部件等效到轮边的惯量,设计了在底盘测功机测试旋转部件转动惯量的试验方法。通过试验,证明了改良后底盘测功机测试车辆旋转部件转动惯量的测试方法的有效性,转动惯量对能耗的影响约为0.1~0.2kWh/100km。转动惯量对百公里加速时间影响0.2~0.7s。
The moment of inertia of rotating parts is one of the key factors affecting the power economy of the whole vehicle.This paper quantitatively studies the influence of the moment of inertia of rotating parts on the power economy of the whole vehicle.In order to measure the moment of inertia of the rotating parts of the vehicle at the vehicle level,the equivalent moment of inertia of the rotating parts of the vehicle power system to the wheel edge is derived,and the test method for measuring the moment of inertia of the rotating parts on the chassis dynamometer is designed.Through the test,the effectiveness of the improved chassis dynamometer test method for measuring the rotational inertia of vehicle rotating parts is proved.The impact of the rotational inertia on energy consumption is about 0.1-0.2 kWh/100km.The moment of inertia has an impact on the 100-kilometer acceleration time of 0.2-0.7s.
