摘要
目的探讨中药熏蒸联合太极云手训练对帕金森病(parkinson'sdisease,PD)患者平衡功能的影响。方法将符合纳入条件的PD患者随机分为中药熏蒸联合太极云手组、单纯太极云手组和对照组,每组各30例,干预时间为90d。观察干预前后Berg平衡量表(BBS)评分、统一帕金森评定量表-IⅢI(UPDRS-II)评分、计时站立-行走测试(TUGT)时间、改良Barthel指数评定表(MBI)评分、90d内跌倒次数以及不良事件出现率。结果中药熏蒸联合太极云手组治疗后BBS评分、UPDRS-III评分、TUGT时间均优于单纯太极云手组和对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后三组MBI评分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);中药熏蒸联合太极云手组患者跌倒率低于单纯太极云手组和对照组(P<0.05),且总体跌倒次数也相对更少。结论中药熏蒸联合太极云手训练更好地改善了帕金森病患者平衡功能以及运动功能,减少患者跌倒率及跌倒次数。
Objective To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with Taichi Yunshou training on the balance function of patients with Parkinson's disease(PD).Methods The eligible PD patients were randomly divided into the traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with Taichi Yunshou group,the Taichi Yunshou group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group,and the intervention time was 90 days.The Berg balance scale(BBS),Unified Parkinson's Disease Rating Scale-II(UPDRS-III),Time Up and Go Test(TUGT),Modified Barthel Index(MBI),the number of falls within 90 days and the occurrence rate of adverse events were observed before and after intervention.Results The score of BBS and UPDRS-III and the time of TUGT duration of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with Taichi Yunshou training group were better than those of Taichi Yunshou group and control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the score of MBI among the three groups after treatment(P>0.05).The fall rate of patients in traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with Taichi Yunshou group was lower than that of Taichi Yunshou group and control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05),and the overall number of falls was relatively less.Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with Taichi Yunshou training can improve the balance function and motor function of patients with Parkinson's disease,and reduce the fall rate and number of falls in patients.
