摘要
为解决制约现阶段露天矿山班组管理良性发展障碍,通过分析国内露天矿山班组管理现状,由本质出发深入研究,针对性提出搭建班组系统,构建完善优秀班组长网状职业发展通道,打造“五型”班组。结果表明:通过推进班组建设,提升人员安全意识、责任意识和技能水平,将基层被动管理转变为自主管理,促进班组长远稳定发展,进而衍变为班组良性安全文化,从基层实现本安型管理。
In order to solve the obstacles of restricting the benign development of open-pit mine team management at the present stage, this article analyzes the current situation of domestic open-pit mine team management, makes in-depth research from the essence, and puts forward to build a team information system, builds and improves the network career development channel of excellent young team leaders, and builds a "five type" team. The results show that by promoting the team construction, we can improve the safety awareness, responsibility awareness and skill level of team members, change the passive management at the grass-roots level into independent management, promote the long-term and stable development of teams, and then evolve into a benign safety culture of teams, and realize the intrinsically safe management from the foothold at the grass-roots level.
