抚顺东露天矿生产进度优化

Optimization of production schedule in Fushun East Open-pit Mine

摘要 为了解决抚顺东露天矿上部扩帮滞后、下部采区压制、油页岩采区数量不足、坑底降深受阻等问题,对抚顺东露天矿生产进度进行优化;采取上部采区“电铲-铁道”和“挖掘机-卡车”联合分区开采工艺,下部油页岩采区采用同水平中间拉沟增加采区分块开采。结果表明:生产进度优化保证了生产进度计划如期完成,实现超额完成全年生产任务目标。 In order to solve the problems of the upper expansion slope, the suppression of the lower mining area, the shortage of oil shale mining area, and the obstruction of the depth of the pit bottom, the article optimizes production schedule in Fushun East Open-pit Mine.The article adopts the joint mining process of "electric shovel-railway" and "excavator-truck" in the upper mining area, and the lower oil shale mining area adopts the same horizontal intermediate pull ditch to increase the mining block. The results show that the optimization of production schedule ensures the completion of production schedule and exceeds the annual production task target.
