摘要
为解决平朔东露天煤矿含水岩层爆破质量差,深水孔分层间隔装药难度大、操作复杂等难题,对东露天煤矿岩石层含水率、含水岩石力学参数进行了研究,并结合实际提出了一种机械式旋转、伸缩隔离装置用于优化爆破工艺。结果表明:新的装药方式实现了深水孔准确隔离装药,降低了炸药单耗,提高了含水岩层的爆破开采效率。
In order to solve the problems of poor blasting quality of water bearing rock layer in Pingshuo East Open-pit Mine,difficult layered charging of deep-water hole and complex operation, this article studies the water content and rock mechanical parameters of rock layer in east open-pit coal mine, and puts forward a mechanical, rotatable and retractable device to optimize the blasting technology. The results show that the new charging method realizes the accurate isolation charging of deep-water hole and reduces the unit consumption of explosive, improves the blasting mining efficiency of water bearing rock layer.
