大蒜废水处理工程升级改造实例

摘要 针对大蒜废水水质水量波动大,大蒜素抑菌作用明显的特点,采用分质预处理-混凝气浮-厌氧-AO-混凝沉淀组合工艺进行处理,混凝气浮预处理可大幅度降低大蒜素对生物处理单元的影响。工程运行结果表明,升级改造后系统运行稳定,出水水质达到设计要求。介绍了该升级改造工程的工艺流程、主要设计参数及运行效果。 In view of the large fluctuation of quality and quantity of garlic wastewater, and the obvious antibacterial effect of allicin, a combined process of segregated pretreatment-coagulation air flotation-anaerobic-AO coagulation sedimentation was adopted for garlic wastewater treatment, and the effect of allicin on biological treatment unit was greatly reduced by coagulation air flotation pretreatment. The operation results of the project showed that, after the upgrading and reconstruction, the system ran stably, the effluent water quality met the design requirement. The process flow, main design parameters and operation effect of the said upgrading and reconstruction project were introduced.
