摘要
通过对2021年在红水河流域贵州境内开展的一次飞机人工增雨作业过程进行分析,结论表明:此次降水过程云水条件、动力条件均有利于人工影响天气增雨作业,作业区域湿度条件较好,云系发展旺盛,过冷水含量充沛,暖区厚度大,具有一定的催化潜力;通过物理检验法定性判断此次飞机增雨作业区内雷达回波强度和覆盖面积有所增强,作业后地面降水量明显增加,水库蓄水量得到补充,为增加水库后期发电量提供有力保障,同时有效降低西南部森林火险等级。
Through the analysis of an aircraft cloud-seeding operation process in the Hongshui Riverbasin in Guizhou province in 2021,the conclusions are as follows:The cloud water conditions and dynamic conditions in the precipitation process are conducive to the weather-seeding operation.The operating area has good humidity conditions,robust cloud system development,abundant supercooled liquid water content,and large thickness of warm zone,which has certain catalytic potential;it was qualitatively determined by physical test that the radar echo intensity and coverage area in the aircraft rain enhancement operation area were enhanced,the ground precipitation increased significantly after operation,and the reservoir water storage was supplemented,which provides a strong guarantee for increasing the power generation of the reservoir in the later period,and effectively reduces the forest fire risk level in the southwest.
