摘要
深埋高地应力环境下隧道掘进机施工,有必要开展工程前掘进机破岩实验研究,探索合理的施工参数,降低岩爆发生风险。针对隧道掘进机施工物理实验边界条件模拟难,实验成本高的问题,设计了一种模拟TBM的实验用微型掘进机,可开展隧道掘进破岩、推进、支护实验,研究掘进过程中掘进机刀盘、撑靴、护盾受力情况,指导工程现场掘进参数选型和支护形式选择。
It is necessary to carry out rock breaking experimental research of TBM before engineering,explore reasonable construction parameters and reduce the risk of rock burst.Aiming at the problems of difficult simulation of boundary conditions and high experimental cost of TBM construction physical experiment,an experimental micro TBM simulating TBM is designed,which can carry out rock breaking,propulsion and support experiments of tunnel excavation,study the stress of TBM cutter head,support shoe and shield in the excavation process,and guide the selection of excavation parameters and support forms in the project site.
