摘要
为促进番茄秧的饲料化利用,本试验将新鲜番茄秧粉碎后分别添加麸皮以及麸皮和枯草芽孢杆菌混合物,塑料袋青贮,研究外源枯草芽孢杆菌对青贮新鲜番茄秧中土著菌群及龙葵素含量的影响。结果显示,枯草芽孢杆菌增加了青贮番茄秧中乳杆菌的含量,降低龙葵素含量及溶液pH值,但对体外培养液中龙葵素含量无影响。推测枯草芽孢杆菌可能通过植物乳杆菌等土著菌酸解龙葵素,建议番茄秧青贮时适量添加枯草芽孢杆菌。
In order to promote the utilization of tomato straw as feedstuff, in this experiment, tomato straw was silaged in plastic bag after smashed and added bran or the mixture of bran and Bacillus subtilis, and the effects of B. subtilis on autochthonous flora and solanine in silaged fresh tomato straw were studied. The results showed that B. subtilis increased the contents of Lactobacillus in silaged straw, and decreased solanine content and pH value of silage solution, but had no effect on solanine in culture solution. Additional B. subtilis might hydrolyze solanine indirectly through autochthonous bacteria such as L. plantarum. It was suggested to add B. subtilis into silaged fresh tomato straw.
