摘要
教师是“人类灵魂的工程师”,肩负着教书育人的神圣使命和培养中国特色社会主义建设者和接班人的伟大重任。在当今中国特色社会主义新时代,高校教师承担着比以往任何时候更为重要的育人责任。聚焦立德树人根本任务,高校课程思政建设应运而生,教师课程思政能力提高势在必行。高校课程思政是在传授各类专业课知识的同时对学生进行思想政治理论的融合教育,以达到培养德才兼备、堪当时代重任的民族复兴栋梁之才的课程教学改革。全面推进课程思政建设,教师是关键。“以训促教”、“以赛促教”、“以老带新”和“案例示范”等都是切实可行的提高教师特别是青年教师课程思政能力的有效举措。
Teachers are referred to as“engineers of the human soul”,shouldering the sacred mission of teaching and educating people,and undertaking the great responsibility of cultivating builders and successors of socialism with Chinese characteristics.In the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,college teachers are taking on more important duties than ever before.Focusing on the fundamental task of strengthening moral education and cultivating people,the curriculum ideological and political construction of college courses came into being,and it is imperative to improve the curriculum ideological and political ability of teachers.
