燃煤锅炉中受热面的灰污染监测研究

摘要 煤炭燃料燃烧过程中产生的一些灰,如煤粉在热交换过程中会附着在管表面。这会导致传热抑制问题,如结渣和结垢以及锅炉驱动故障。基于动态质能平衡法的锅炉传热表面灰污监测、锅炉热效率的在线计算以及双风尾部气体流量和再热器蒸汽流量的软测量,可以在线评价锅炉吹灰系统的性能;然后,针对吹灰频率和持续时间的优化,制定了合适的吹灰策略;最后,给出了灰污染监测结果和一个实验应用的分析来说明所提出的方法的有效性。提出的方法可以应用于锅炉吹灰系统吹灰运行的状态评估和指导,以达到节能的目的,而不需要特殊的仪器或复杂的计算系统。 Some ash generated during the combustion of coal fuel, such as pulverized coal, will adhere to the surface of the pipe during the heat exchange process.This can lead to heat transfer suppression problems, such as slagging and scaling, and boiler drive failure.The performance of the boiler soot blowing system could be evaluated online by monitoring the fouling on the boiler heat transfer surface based on the dynamic mass and energy balance method, online calculation of the boiler thermal efficiency, and soft measurement of the gas flow at the tail of the double air and the steam flow of the reheater.Then, according to the optimization of soot blowing frequency and duration, a suitable soot blowing strategy was formulated.Finally, the results of ash pollution monitoring and the analysis of an experimental application were given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.The method proposed in this paper could be used to evaluate and guide the soot blowing operation of boiler soot blowing system, so as to achieve the purpose of energy saving, without special instruments or complex calculation systems.
