摘要
农产品流通渠道是制约流通效率的主要因素,流通效率的提升对于增加农产品价值和附加价值具有明显的促进作用。因此,农产品流通渠道选择与乡村振兴的关系十分密切。通过构建Stackelberg模型,分析在农产品质量相同的完全竞争市场中供应商和零售商之间的利益关系,进而得出农产品流通渠道如何影响农产品流通质量和效率。研究发现:当大型供应商选择与大型零售商合作时,对双方更有利。以此为基础,探讨乡村振兴背景下“盒马村”渠道模式的运行机制和优势,发现“盒马村”渠道模式之所以能够快速发展,是因为在很大程度上消除了传统农超对接模式的弊端,其最大优势在于实现了供应链数字化,是一种农户、渠道和消费者三方共赢的模式。
The circulation channel of agricultural products is the main factor restricting circulation efficiency. The improvement of circulation efficiency has an obvious promoting effect on increasing the value and added value of agricultural products. Therefore, the choice of circulation channels for agricultural products and rural revitalization are closely related. In this paper, the Stackelberg model was constructed to analyze the interest relationship between suppliers and retailers in a perfectly competitive market with the same quality of agricultural products, so as to find out how the circulation channels of agricultural products affect the quality and efficiency of agricultural products. It is found that when large suppliers choose to cooperate with large retailers, it is more beneficial for both sides. On this basis, the operation mechanism and advantages of “Hema Village” channel mode under the background of rural revitalization are discussed. It is found that the rapid development of “Hema Village” channel mode is due to the elimination of the disadvantages of the traditional agricultural and super docking mode to a large extent. Its biggest advantage is to realize the digitalization of the supply chain, which is a win-win model for farmers, channels, and consumers.
