摘要
利用2010—2019年西部地区的面板数据建立耦合协调度模型,对教育和区域经济高质量发展的协调程度进行全面评价。结果显示:西部地区教育指数和区域经济高质量发展指数都保持稳步波动上升趋势,但发展不均衡;西部教育与区域经济高质量发展的耦合协调度保持波动上升趋势,但仍处于偏低协调水平,说明西部教育发展显著滞后于区域经济高质量发展。教育对区域经济高质量发展的贡献偏低、教育投资激励不足、产教融合度低和授权专利成果少是四川等11个省份的共同突出短板。基于此,提出促进西部教育和区域经济协调发展的政策建议。
Based on the panel data of western provinces from 2010 to 2019 in China,a coupling coordination degree model was established to comprehensively evaluate the degree of coordination between education and high-quality regional economic development.The results show that:the education index and regional economic high-quality development index of the western provinces have maintained a steady upward trend of fluctuation,but the development is uneven;the coupling coordination degree of the education and the high-quality development of regional economy in the western provinces also keeps an upward trend,but it is still at a relatively low level,indicating that the development of education in the west has significantly lagged behind the high-quality development of the regional economy.The low contribution of education to the high-quality development of the regional economy,the lack of educational investment incentives,the low degree of integration of production and education,and the lack of authorized patent achievements are the common shortcomings of 11 provinces including Sichuan province.Based on this,policy suggestions for promoting the coordinated development of education and regional economy in western China are put forward.
