摘要
农户持续参与意愿不高一直是我国农民合作社发展的关键制约,以往研究未能重视从农户感知视角解答其持续参与合作社意愿不高的问题。研究以社会认同理论为基础,构建了农户心理契约破裂通过组织认同的中介作用和集体主义作为边界条件来影响其持续参与合作社意愿的理论模型。基于贵州省243份有效调研样本的分析发现:心理契约破裂显著负向影响了农户持续参与合作社意愿;组织认同在心理契约破裂和农户持续参与合作社意愿之间起完全中介作用;集体主义显著调节心理契约破裂与组织认同之间的关系,并通过组织认同调节了心理契约破裂和农户持续参与合作社意愿之间的间接关系。
The low willingness of farmers to sustain their participation in cooperatives has been a key constraint to the development of farmers’ cooperatives in China. Previous studies have failed to focus on answering the question of their low willingness to sustain their participation in cooperatives from the perspective of farmers’ perceptions.Based on social identity theory,the study constructs a theoretical model in which farmers’ psychological contract breach affects their willingness to sustain participation in cooperatives through the mediating role of organizational identity and collectivism as boundary conditions. Based on the analysis of 243 valid research samples in Guizhou Province,the conclusion is that psychological contract breach has a significant negative impact on farmers’ willingness to sustainable participate in cooperatives;organizational identity plays a complete mediating role between psychological contract breach and farmers’ willingness to sustainable participate in cooperatives;collectivism significantly moderates the relationship between psychological contract breach and organizational identity,and through organizational identity,it moderates the indirect relationship between psychological contract breach and farmers’ willingness to sustainable participate in cooperatives.
