摘要
目的 分析白介素-1β(IL-1β)、神经生长因子(NGF)在多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)不孕症患者中的表达,并分析二者与患者体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)妊娠结局的关系。方法 选取2018年1月至2022年1月中国人民解放军联勤保障部第九一零医院接受IVF-ET的115例PCOS不孕症患者作为研究对象,依据患者妊娠结局分为妊娠组(n=58)与未妊娠组(n=57)。设计基线资料调查表,比较两组患者的基线资料、实验室指标等,重点分析血清IL-1β、NGF与IVF-ET妊娠结局的关系。结果 所有患者经IVF-ET后临床妊娠率为50.43%;未妊娠组IVF-ET前体重指数、甘油三酯、睾酮、IL-1β、NGF水平高于妊娠组(P<0.05);经Logistics回归分析结果显示,IVF-ET前体重指数高、甘油三酯水平高、睾酮水平高、IL-1β高表达、NGF高表达是PCOS不孕症患者IVF-ET未妊娠的危险因素(OR>1,P<0.05);绘制受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线结果显示,IL-1β、NGF预测PCOS不孕症患者IVF-ET妊娠结局的曲线下面积(AUC)>0.70,具有一定预测价值。结论 IL-1β、NGF在PCOS不孕症患者中呈异常表达,且二者与患者IVF-ET妊娠结局有关。
Objective To analyze the expression of interleukin-1β(IL-1β) and nerve growth factor(NGF) in infertile patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS), and to analyze the relationship between them and the pregnancy outcome of patients with in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer(IVF-ET). Methods 115 PCOS infertile patients who received IVF-ET in 910th Hospital, Joint Logistic Support Department, PLA from January 2018 to January 2022 were selected as the study subjects. According to the pregnancy outcome of the patients, they were divided into pregnancy group(n=58) and non-pregnancy group(n=57). The baseline data questionnaire was designed to compare the baseline data and laboratory indicators of the two groups, and the relationship between serum IL-1β, NGF and IVF-ET pregnancy outcome was analyzed. Results The clinical pregnancy rate of all patients after IVF-ET was 50.43%;the body mass index, triglyceride, testosterone, IL-1β and NGF levels in the non-pregnancy group before IVF-ET were higher than those in the pregnancy group(P<0.05);Logistic regression analysis showed that high body mass index before IVF-ET, high triglyceride level, high testosterone level, high expression of IL-1β and high expression of NGF were the risk factors of non-pregnancy of IVF-ET in patients with PCOS infertility(OR>1, P<0.05);the receiver operating characteristic(ROC) curve showed that the area under curve(AUC)of IL-1β and NGF in predicting the pregnancy outcome of IVF-ET in infertile patients with PCOS were >0.70, with certain predictive value. Conclusions IL-1β and NGF are abnormally expressed in PCOS infertile patients, and they are related to the pregnancy outcome of IVF-ET.
