摘要
“政治三力”是新时代党员干部特别是高级干部必须具备的基本政治素质和政治能力,其核心价值是“看齐意识”与“信仰至上”。从本质上看,党员干部提高“政治三力”是旗帜鲜明讲政治的必然要求。韩山师范学院党委围绕“学校怎样办、课程怎样建、党建怎样干”等问题探讨高校领导提高“政治三力”的机制,初步形成了高校领导提高“政治三力”的“韩师实践”。“韩师实践”以“思想立校”为根本,是高校领导提升“政治三力”的有效实践,有一定参考借鉴价值。
The“three political capacities”is the basic political quality and political ability that member cadres of the Communist Party of China(CPC),especially senior cadres,must have in the new era, and its core value is “the consciousness of the need to keep in alignment” and “belief first”. In essence,improving the“three political capacities”of Party member cadres is an inevitable requirement to take a clear stand on politics. The Party Committee of Hanshan Normal University has explored the mechanism for university leaders to improve the“three political capacities”around the issues of“how to run the school,how to build the curriculum,and how to build the Party”,and initially developed the“practice of Hanshan Normal University”in improving the“three political capacities”of university leaders. This practice is based on“ideological establishment”,which is an effective practice for university leaders to enhance the“three political capacities”,and therefore has certain reference value.
