摘要 针对各类机构健康数据共享困难、用户隐私保护不力等问题,提出一种基于区块链的大健康数据存储和共享模型,实现居民健康数据的安全存储和共享.为了处理跨链交易数据,保证数据跨域流转过程中的安全性、完整性、一致性,提出基于联盟链的双链网络模型.其中,联盟链存储数据的hash摘要、存储地址、关键字密文;大健康联盟链存储数据跨域访问记录,并利用代理重加密技术对跨域数据进行重加密操作.为了防止节点共谋并提高共识效率和模型容错率,设计一种基于节点信誉的当值节点选择方案.通过安全性分析和仿真实验得出方案的安全性与高效性,证明其适用于大健康数据存储和共享模型. In view of the difficulties in sharing health data of various institutions and the inadequate protection of user privacy, a blockchain-based big health data storage and sharing model is proposed to realize the safe storage and sharing of residents’ health data.In order to process cross-chain transaction data and ensure the security, integrity and consistency of the cross-domain transfer of data, a dual-chain network model based on the alliance chain is proposed.Furthermore, the alliance chain stores the hash summary, storage address, and keyword cipher text of the data, and the big health alliance chain stores data cross-domain access records which uses one-way multi-hop re-encryption technology to re-encrypt the cross-domain data.Due to prevent node collusion and improve the consensus efficiency and model fault tolerance, a node selection scheme based on node reputation is designed.The safety and efficiency of the scheme are obtained through safety analysis and simulation experiments, which is proved that it is suitable for the big health data storage and sharing model.
