摘要
基于经筋理论探讨非特异性腰痛的病理机制与手法治疗思路。其病理机制为经筋损伤引发致痛物质析出,长期形成病理性结筋病灶点,阻碍气血运行,产生经筋痹痛。临床通过查体与触诊结合的方式确定结筋病灶点位置,以理筋松解手法、关节复位手法及康复治疗手法为主进行治疗。
Based on the theory of meridian sinew,the pathologic mechanism and manipulation of nonspecific low back pain were discussed.The pathologic mechanism is that the injury of meridian sinew causes the pain substances to precipitate,forms the focal points for a long time,hinders the movement of qi and blood,produces the pain from meridian sinew.In the clinical practice,the focal points were explored by the combination of physical examination and palpation,and the treatment was carried out by means of muscle loosening,joint reduction and rehabilitation.
