摘要
发泡混凝土保温板作为无机保温材料,强度低易破损,因而需要复合增强。该文提出一种约束发泡混凝土复合保温板,由芯层(聚丙烯纤维增强发泡混凝土)和增强面层(抗裂砂浆-玻璃纤维网格布-抗裂砂浆)组成,二者通过浆料约束发泡过程中水泥凝胶硬化作用紧密结合。复合增强后的保温板具有可切割性,可适应更多的尺寸要求。
As an inorganic insulation material, foamed concrete insulation board has low strength and is easy to break, so it needs composite reinforcement. In this paper, a constraint foamed concrete composite insulation board is proposed, which is composed of a core layer(polypropylene fiber reinforced foamed concrete) and a reinforced surface layer(crack-resistant mortar—glass fiber mesh cloth—crack-resistant mortar). The two layers are tightly combined by the cement gel hardening effect during the constraint foaming process of slurry. The composite reinforced insulation board is cuttable and can accommodate more size requirements.
