摘要
PC装配式建筑结构中预埋有大量的机电管线,其连接方式直接决定了管线的安装质量和施工效率。以沙特保障房三期项目为例,设计了预制墙板与现浇基础之间的三种机电管线连接方案,分别为直接连接法、套管连接法和错位连接法,并通过对比三种方案的施工工艺和适用范围,最终确定选用直接连接和错位连接方案作为实施方案。通过工程实践,验证了所选连接方案的可行性,并取得了满意的施工效果。
A wealth of electromechanical pipelines are embedded in the PC prefabricated structure, and their connection method directly influences the installation quality and construction efficiency. Taking the third phase of the Saudi security housing project as an example,three connection schemes for the electromechanical pipelines between embedded walls and the cast-in-place foundation are designed, i.e. the direct connection method, the casing connection method and the ectopic connection method. By comparing the construction process and scope of application of the three schemes,the direct connection and ectopic connection schemes were finally selected as the implementation plan. Through engineering practice,the feasibility of the selected connection scheme is verified, with satisfactory construction results achieved.
