摘要
针对城市轨道交通收敛变形处置的技术研究及工程应用已有很多,以钢内衬环加固技术为主,但对于大型盾构法隧道结构加固的案例很少。对比了几种隧道加固技术,分析了其特点及不足之处,提出了双相波纹不锈钢加固技术,并通过大型盾构法隧道的工程应用案例,分析出施工过程中的关键点,验证了该技术在管片加固及应急抢修中的可行性。
There have been many technical studies and engineering applications on the treatment of urban rail transit convergence deformation, mainly steel lining ring reinforcement technology, but there are few cases of large shield tunnel structure reinforcement. This paper compares several tunnel reinforcement technologies, analyzes their characteristics and shortcomings, proposes the dual phase corrugated stainless steel reinforcement technology, and analyzes the key points of this technology in the reinforcement of large shield tunnel, the feasibility of this technology in segment reinforcement and emergency repair is verified.
