摘要 以东西汇项目高空钢结构连廊为背景,根据连廊构件自重大、结构高度高的特点,结合现场实际施工条件,综合考虑工程造价成本、工程质量以及工程工期等目标,介绍了错层拼装+一次提升+低空连接+二次提升+高空补杆的施工方式,提前插入胎架和钢结构施工工序,对节省工期、降低成本有显著效果,还大大降低了高空拼装的施工安全风险,并通过有限元计算进行设计和施工校核,为国内同类工程提供了有效借鉴。 According to characteristics of the connecting corridor components’ high self-weight and high structure, meanwhile considering with the actual construction condition and quality, controlling of construction cost and shortened the construction period. In this paper, the construction method of split-layer assembling+once lift+low altitude connection+twice lift+high altitude reinforcement bar is introduced and the construction procedure of tube frame and steel structure is inserted in advance, which not only can save the construction period and the cost reduction has significant effect. What is more, but also reduces the construction safety risk of aerial assembly. In the end, the finite element calculation design and construction check, provides an effective reference for similar domestic projects.
