摘要 目的探讨风险分析工具及物联网技术对医院急救医疗设备风险报警管理的效果。方法利用失效模式和效应分析(Failure Modes and Effects Analysis,FMEA)模式对医院急救医疗设备风险报警进行研究分析,对风险报警进行分类,计算风险顺序数(Risk Priority Number,RPN),评估风险报警的严重程度,并制定改进措施,同时利用物联网技术对风险报警进行实时采集。比较实施前后急救医疗设备风险管理效果、急救医疗设备报修情况及医护人员对急救医疗设备报警处理的正确率。结果急救医疗设备风险报警划分为设备故障报警、设备健康报警、设备健康报警转故障报警3类。FMEA模式及物联网技术管理实施后,急救医疗设备的3类风险报警对应的失效模式的RPN值均有所降低,实施前后的差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);急救医疗设备故障报修率显著低于实施前,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=15.605,P<0.001);医护人员对急救医疗设备的报警类别区分及报警信息处理的正确率均优于实施前,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=9.205,P=0.002;χ^(2)=7.445,P=0.005)。结论风险分析工具结合物联网技术能对医疗设备风险报警进行有效评估及管控,为临床安全使用提供更充分的保障。 Objective To explore the effect of risk analysis tools and Internet of Things technology on risk alarm management of hospital emergency medical equipment.Methods The failure modes and effects analysis(FMEA)model was used to analyze and classify the risk alarms of hospital emergency medical equipment,calculate the risk priority number(RPN),evaluate the severity and formulate improvement measures.At the same time,the Internet of Things technology was used to collect the risk alarms in real time.The effect of emergency medical equipment risk management,the condition of emergency medical equipment repair and the accuracy of emergency medical equipment alarm treatment were compared before and after implementation.Results The risk alarms of emergency medical equipment were classified into three categories:equipment failure alarm,equipment health alarm and equipment health alarm to fault alarm.After the implementation of the FMEA mode and the Internet of Things technology management,the RPN values of the corresponding failure modes of the three types of risk alarms of emergency medical equipment were reduced,and the difference before and after the implementation was statistically significant(P<0.01).The failure reporting rate of emergency medical equipment was significantly lower than that before implementation,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=15.605,P<0.001).Medical staff were better than before in classification of emergency medical equipment alarm and correct rate of alarm information processing and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=9.205,P=0.002;χ^(2)=7.445,P=0.005).Conclusion Risk analysis tools combined with Internet of Things technology can effectively evaluate and control of the medical equipment risk alarms and provide more adequate guarantee for clinical safety.
