摘要 采用RBI技术对某煤化工公司热电车间主蒸汽母管进行了风险评估,分析了管道潜在的损伤机理,对比分析了管道在检验当前时间点和计划停车检修时间点的风险水平、失效可能性。依据风险评估结果和相关标准制定了管道的检验策略,给出了后续定期检验时的检验重点。 The RBI technology was applied to assess the risk of main steam pipe in thermal power workshop of a coal chemical company.Potential damage mechanism of the pipeline was studied.Risk level and failure probability of the pipeline were compared and analyzed between inspection time point and planned time point for maintenance.According to the risk assessment results and related standards,inspection strategy of the pipeline was formulated;key points of inspection were suggested in the subsequent periodic inspections.
