摘要
在城市立体化发展的背景下,如何更准确地识别出地下空间的商业价值是建设开发中的一大重点,但尚未有研究对此要素进行准确定量分析。文章以广州市第二中央商务区地下空间规划设计为例,利用空间设计网络分析(sDNA)技术,建立起一套量化的可达系数评估体系,为评价商业空间的价值提供一种新的思路。
Under the background of three-dimensional urban development, how to more accurately identify the commercial value of underground space is a major focus of construction and development, but there is no research on this element of accurate quantitative analysis. Taking the underground space planning and design of the second Central Business District of Guangzhou as an example,this paper establishes a set of quantitative accessibility coefficient evaluation system by using sDNA technology, which provides a new way to evaluate the value of commercial space.
