摘要
通过介绍港口LNG项目发展背景及运行流程,分析LNG本身的危险性及其运输船舶的操作特性,结合LNG船舶安全需求及相关规定要求,从航海保障与海事监管部门融合协作、发挥航海保障各部门的技术优势两个方面,提出了LNG船舶航海保障具体措施,确保LNG运输船舶航行安全。
This paper introduces the development background and operation process of port LNG projects. By analyzing the risks of LNG itself and the operation characteristics of ships for LNG transportation, and in view of the demand for the safety of LNG ships and the requirements of relevant regulations, it puts forward specific measures on the navigation service for LNG ships from the two aspects of the integration and cooperation of navigation service and maritime supervision departments, and giving full play to the technical advantages of navigation service departments, in order to ensure the navigation safety of LNG transportation ships.
