内河船舶“零排放”政策下生活污水贮存柜技术规范研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对内河船舶全面实施“零排放”后生活污水贮存柜在加装、改造时的容量争议,附属设施配置不规范,检查标准不统一等问题,通过MATLAB对调研数据拟合分析,得出推算公式。以最低安全配员为计算基准,明确规范建造舱容大小,并提出了粉碎泵、液位检测、排岸计量、控制箱等附属设施的规范建议以及生活污水贮存柜维护保养要求。 In view of the problems of capacity disputes, non-standard configuration of auxiliary facilities, and inconsistent inspection standards faced by inland vessels in the installation and transformation of domestic sewage storage cabinets under the full implementation of the "zero discharge" policy, the paper applies MATLAB to obtain the estimation formula. It takes the minimum safe manning as the calculation basis to standardize the construction of cabin capacity, and puts forward the specification requirements of crushing pump, liquid level detection, shore measurement, control box and other auxiliary facilities as well as the requirements on the maintenance of domestic sewage storage tank.
