摘要
电动装载机采用电力驱动,通过高压动力电池向工作电机、行走电机、空调等高压用电设备供电,具有排放污染低、工作噪音小的优点,已逐步应用于铲装土壤、砂石等散状物料的工程领域。电动装载机无法上电会导致工作电机和行走电机等高压设备无法工作,文章以工程作业中电动装载机不能上电的实例,详细分析了故障检测流程,结合电路开展故障排查。最终找出绝缘故障位置并给出了电动装载机设计上的相关建议。
The electric loader uses electric drive,through the high voltage power battery to work motor,walking motor,air conditioning and other high voltage electrical equipment power supply.Electric loader has the advantages of low emission pollution,low working noise,has been gradually applied to shovel soil,sand and other loose materials engineering field.The failure of the electric loader to power on will cause the high voltage equipment such as the working motor and the walking motor to fail to work.This article uses an example of the electric loader which cannot be powered on in engineering operations,analyzes the fault detection process in detail,and conducts failure in combination with the circuit.Finally,the location of the insulation failure was found and relevant suggestions on the design of the electric loader were given.
