基于Web的鞋服企业员工在线培训系统的设计研究

摘要 为了在愈渐激烈的市场竞争中保持自身发展优势,鞋服企业必须从企业内部的人才管理着手,有目的、有计划地培养和训练员工的岗位技能和工作素质,为企业各项业务工作的顺利开展打下人才基础。本文研究了Web模式下鞋服企业员工培训系统的构建方案。首先,对我国鞋服企业员工在线培训系统进行了较为全面的需求分析,包括系统的功能需求、业务需求和数据需求等;其次,分析了我国员工培训领域的应用现状;最后,结合Web体系结构,从总体架构、功能模块和数据库设计3个层面,对鞋服企业员工在线培训系统进行概要及详细设计。本文对系统构建的相关建议能够帮助我国鞋服企业实现多元化的员工培训管理,提升人力资源开发水平,促进鞋服行业的优质发展。 In order to maintain its own development advantage in the increasingly fierce market competition,footwear and clothing enterprises must start from the internal talent management of the enterprise,purposefully and systematically cultivate and train the post skills and work quality of employees,and lay a talent foundation for the smooth development of various business work of the enterprise.This paper studied the construction scheme of employee training system in footwear and clothing enterprises under Web mode.First of all,the online training system for employees of footwear and clothing enterprises in China was analyzed comprehensively,including the functional requirements,business requirements and data requirements of the system.Secondly,it analyzed the current situation of the application of employee training in China.Finally,combined with the Web architecture,the online training system for employees of footwear and clothing enterprises was summarized and designed in detail from the overall architecture,functional modules and database design.The relevant suggestions on system construction in this paper can help Chinese footwear and clothing enterprises achieve diversified employee training management,improve the level of human resource development,and promote the high-quality development of footwear and clothing industry.
