摘要
以水性丙烯酸树脂为成膜物质,聚苯胺与鳞片石墨为复合填料,在镁合金表面制备涂层。利用电化学阻抗谱(EIS)研究聚苯胺与鳞片石墨的比例以及添加量对涂层防护性能的影响,用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察不同涂层截面形貌。结果表明:聚苯胺与鳞片石墨的质量比为5∶5,且填料总添加量为20%时,聚苯胺与鳞片石墨在树脂中分散较均匀。鳞片石墨呈层叠状排布,有利于产生迷宫效应,增强涂层对腐蚀介质的抵挡作用,聚苯胺增强了涂层对基体的缓蚀作用,使涂层防护效果更好。
The coatings were prepared on the surface of magnesium alloy with waterbased acrylic resin as the film-forming substance,polyaniline and flake graphite as the composite fillers. Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS)method was used to study the proportion of polyaniline and flake graphite and the effect of addition on coating protection performance,and scanning electron microscopy(SEM)was used to observe the cross-sectional morphology of different coatings. The results showed that when the the mass ratio of polyaniline to flake graphite was 5∶5 and the total amount of filler addition was 20%,polyaniline and flake graphite were dispersed more uniformly in resins,and flake graphite was arranged in a cascading manner,which was conducive to generating a labyrinth effect and enhanced the resistance effect of the coatings to corrosive media. Polyaniline enhanced the corrosion inhibition effect of the coatings on the matrix,so that the coating protection effect was better.
